2021 SiteFarm Update Timeline & Resources for UE Units

The SiteFarm Update rolling out this summer has some beautiful new features and a number of improvements. However, it will also change the look and feel of your website. 

To be prepared for the change and identify issues ahead of time, you can preview a snapshot of your site. Our team is on hand to meet with you, walk you through changes, and make updates. 

Summer is a great time to review and update content. We look forward to working with you!

Before July 10:

• View a snapshot of your website on the dev site
• Check out this Google doc - our team has reviewed several of the websites and noted suggested changes
• Make an appointment with ueweb@ucdavis.edu if you would like to work with our team to review and plan

July 10-12:

• Check the new website for any urgent issues.
  • July 10 is the rollout date but it will take several hours for the change to propagate to all website

Week of July 12: 

• Our team is here to help, but we will prioritize urgent issues including
  • Websites with heavy summer communication needs 
  • Breaks that disrupt functionality
